Why can't I have Forxiga written out at a discount?
The doctor prescribed me Fortige 10 mg 28 tab. without refund. He claims that since I take Insulin Humulin M3, the refund is not due.

The indication for prescribing Forxiga at a discount is "type 2 diabetes, in patients before insulin inclusion, treated with at least two oral hypoglycemic drugs for at least 6 months, with HbA1c ≥ 8% and very high cardiovascular risk" - failure to meet this condition disqualifies the possibility of prescribing the drug with reimbursement.
