For @Bartosz: Dicortineff drops are intended for use in the treatment of bacterial infections and inflammation of the ears. They contain gramicidin and neomycin - antibiotics with bactericidal and bacteriostatic action, and fludrocortisone - an anti-inflammatory steroid. Dicortineff does not support the regeneration of the eardrum. A ruptured eardrum heals spontaneously within a few weeks, and these drops are sometimes prescribed to prevent or treat the infection associated with the rupture and relieve pain.

Zgodnie z informacją od producenta, przeciwwskazaniem do stosowania kropli Dicortineff jest m.in. perforacja błony bębenkowej ucha. Być może w takiej sytuacji warto jeszcze raz skonsultować się z lekarzem przed zastosowaniem tego produktu.
