Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego lek Klabax nie powoduje wystąpienia zakrzepicy. Wręcz przeciwnie, może nasilać działanie doustnych leków przeciwzakrzepowych, zwiększając ryzyko ciężkiego krwotoku.
