Can I give Nasometin Control to my child instead of Pronasal or is it only for adults?

Hello, the child was prescribed by the pediatrician Pronasal to the nose, the lady in the pharmacy gave me Nasometin Control claiming that it is the same. However, on the leaflet he writes that use only for adults. The child is 3.5 years old. My question is whether I can give it as a replacement or is it actually only for adults ?please answer
