Proszę podać nazwę stosowanego leku, a będziemy mogli sprawdzić, czy w spektrum skutków ubocznych znajdują się zaburzenia pamięci i koncentracji. Według mojej najlepszej wiedzy nie można tego wykluczyć w przypadku niektórych grup leków nasennych.

Jeśli cierpi Pani na przewlekłą bezsenność, która ustępuje wyłącznie po zażyciu leku i odczuwa Pani, że problem może mieć charakter uzależnienia, to to wskazany jest kontakt z psychiatrą. Kluczowe jest zdiagnozowanie przyczyny problemów ze snem i podjęcie ich terapii - być może w kontakcie również z psychologiem.
