Amoksiklav to antybiotyk dostępny wyłącznie z przepisu lekarza, o jego zastosowaniu musi zdecydować lekarz.
Nie ma przeciwwskazań do stosowania tego antybiotyku u osób po przeszczepie nerki, jednak w takich wypadkach dawka leku Amoksiklav powinna być dobrana indywidualnie przez specjalistę.

Co do leków immunosupresyjnych: Jeśli stosuje Pani Metotreksat - antybiotyk może zmniejszać jego wydalanie i tym samym zwiększać toksyczność. Dlatego osoby stosujące Metotreksat nie powinny stosować Amoksiklavu.
