Co do zasady - leki zakupione w aptece nie podlegają zwrotowi, wyjątek stanowi sytuacja błędnego wydania dawki leku, lub wada jakościowa produktu. Jeśli kwestia dotyczy wyłącznie zbyt wysokiej w Pana/Pani ocenie ceny leku - reklamacja produktu może zostać nieuznana, zwłaszcza, że można było zrezygnować z zakupu jeszcze przed fiskalizacją, w momencie w którym została podana informacja o cenie leku.
