Does it make sense to combine the drug Sinupret in tablets and Xylorin?

Good morning, Does it make sense to combine the drug sinupret in tablets and Xylorin ? So far, I have been using sinupret tablets for 3 days. There is a slight improvement and the runny nose is no longer so lingering. The worst is in the morning, when the runny nose is thick and causes a feeling of nasal congestion, later the runny nose becomes more watery. Apart from a runny nose, I did not have any other ailments. Does it make sense to combine these two preparations?
