Can Iberogast exacerbate diarrhea and abdominal pain?

Can Iberogast exacerbate diarrhea and abdominal pain? I took it 2 times for abdominal pain, constipation and flatulence after application there was watery diarrhea and abdominal pain. Could it be due to this drug?

Iberogast jest preparatem stosowanym na dolegliwości skurczowe jamy brzusznej i jelit, ból brzucha, uczucie pełności, wzdęcia, nudności i zgagę. Wskazaniem do jego stosowania jest leczenie zaburzeń czynnościowych związanych z motoryką przewodu pokarmowego, takich jak dyspepsja czynnościowa czy zespół jelita nadwrażliwego.

Nie można natomiast wykluczyć rzadkiego przypadku nadwrażliwości na któryś ze składników leku Iberogast.
