Can I take Ketonal if I have an implant attached and take steroids?

Hi Soon I will have implant attachment procedure Permanently I take Enalapril 20mg Omeprazole 40mg After the procedure I will be prescribed an antibiotic (amoxicillin) and steroids I do not know exactly what, my question is whether I can take analgesic ketonal, recently I had ibuprofen 600mg after pulling teeth and did not work too much Thank you
