Is it possible to skip the 7-day break during the first pack of Evra?

Hello! Since Saturday I have been using Evra patches. Many years ago I used pills. I use the patches for the first time after a long break in contraception. According to my calculations for the month of December, the break for withdrawal bleeding in December will occur at a time when I have an important trip. My question is whether when using the patches for the first time I can not take a 7-day break in the first cycle and stick a patch from the new package so as to postpone menstruation? I would then use 2 packages one after the other and I do not know if the first use can be. Is it better, however, to end the first cycle of using the patches with a normal 7-day break and "survive" the trip with menstruation 😊
