Pomiędzy betahistyną zawartą w produkcie leczniczym Lavistina a substancjami czynnymi leków Sympramol, Concor i Dicloduo Combi nie wykazano interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na ich skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo.

Ostrożność należy jednak zachować podczas jednoczesnego stosowania leków Dicloduo Combi i Lafosilen Forte - jednoczesne stosowanie diklofenaku i paracetamolu zawartych we wspomnianych preparatach zwiększa powiem ryzyko uszkodzenia nerek.
