Może Pani rozpocząć stosowanie plastra w dowolnym dniu cyklu, nie czekając na wystąpienie miesiączki. W tym wypadku należy zabezpieczać się dodatkowo przez 7 dni prezerwatywą, a według niektórych ginekologów - najlepiej nawet do końca pierwszego opakowania.
