Taromentin 875 mg + 125 mg w tabletkach należy stosować ściśle według zaleceń lekarza. Dawkę ustala się w zależności od masy ciała pacjenta i stopnia ciężkości zakażenia. Zwykle stosowana dawka to 1 tabletka dwa razy na dobę, ale lekarz może także zdecydować o przepisaniu większej dawki – 1 tabletka trzy razy na dobę.
