Can I take Saxenda if I have Hashimoto's?
Good morning, I got a prescription for Saxende from an endocrinologist, I decided to have bariatric surgery and the doctor offered me this drug as an aid to lose weight before surgery. I suffer from hashimoto and insulin resistance (unfortunately drugs that would help with this disease did not work) - I read on one of the forums that saxendy is not recommended for hashimoto and now I wonder if I should definitely invest in this drug because it is not recommended for this disease - please advice Regards :)

W przypadku chorób tarczycy zaleca się zachowanie ostrożności podczas stosowania leku Saxenda. Jeżeli lekarz był świadomy, że choruje pani na Hashimoto i przepisał Saxendę, należy się zastosować do jego zaleceń.
