Nimesil jest lekiem wydawanym na receptę, zatem jego skuteczność w danym przypadku ocenia lekarz. Wydaje się więc, że jeśli lekarz zalecił ten preparat w silnym bólu kręgosłupa lędźwiowego, to jego doświadczenie pokazuje, że jest on w tym wskazaniu skuteczny.
Zgodnie z rejestracją lek jest wskazany w leczeniu ostrego bólu, więc należy założyć, że będzie pomocny.
