What to do in case of a problem with biting in the mouth?

I am addressing you because I have a rather unusual problem. For several years I have been struggling with biting in my mouth. I tried to fight it, but I can't, do you have any advice?

Nie jestem pewna, co Pani rozumie przez "wygryzanie w buzi". Postępowanie należy uzasadnić od możliwej przyczyny. Jednak ma Pani na myśli świadome uszkadzanie zębami wewnętrznej powierzchni warg i policzków, to problem może mieć podłoże psychiczne i być objawem stresu, lęków i fobii. W takim przypadku pomóc może psycholog lub psychiatra. Jeśli uszkodzenia wynikają z wady zgryzu lub problemów z uzębieniem, to należy udać się do ortodonty lub stomatologa.
