Can I give my child evening primrose oil, Bioaron Junior and Entitis along with Bio Marine liquid?

Can I give my daughter 8 years old, about 30 kg Bio Marine liquid in a dose of e.g. 3 ml? The daughter is after two infections with a runny nose and cough and I would like to strengthen her body and immunity. Can I also give her 1 capsule of evening primrose oil from Doz, 1 capsule of Bioaron junior and in the evening Entitis suction capsule? What to give up so that there is not too much. Thank you in advance for your answer
