Can I take Solderol 7000 together with Sympramol and BETO 25 ZK?
Can I take Solderol 7000 (the doctor recommended every 3 days at a vitamin D level of 23.30) together with Sympramol 50mg (the doctor recommended 1-0-2 doses)? And whether Solderol to take in the morning together with this one Sympramol? And can both drugs have any negative effect with BETO25ZK? Since I have already stopped taking the latter, but with a pressure jump I have to take 1/2 dose. I will add that all of these drugs I have from different specialists - not from one.

For @Aleksandra: Vitamin D3 can be taken with or without food. The form of the drug also has no effect on bioavailability. Beto ZK should be taken in the morning, preferably after breakfast. It can also be taken regardless of meals. It is best to spread the use of preparations over time, so as not to overload the liver with simultaneous metabolism of drugs. Pomiędzy wspomnianymi przez Pana lekami nie powinno dochodzić do żadnych szkodliwych dla zdrowia czy działania leków interakcji. Pomiędzy ich stosowaniem proszę zachować kilkugodzinną przerwę, minimum 2-3h.
Poziom witaminy D3 w zakresie 11-20 ng/ml uznaje się za umiarkowany niedobór. Optymalne stężenie witaminy D3 to wartość 31-50 ng/ml dla osób dorosłych. Solderol może Pan stosować niezależnie od posiłków.
W przyszłości zachęcam do informowania lekarza prowadzącego o wszystkich stosowanych lekach i suplementach diety, co pozwoli na dobranie bezpiecznej i skutecznej farmakoterapii.
Proszę też zachować ostrożność przy spożywaniu alkoholu. Spożywanie alkoholu podczas terapii Sympramolem może powodować nadmierną senność. Alkohol hamuje też biodostępność Beto ZK skutkujące obniżeniem jego stężenia w ustroju i brakiem efektu terapeutycznego. Ponadto lek może zwiększyć negatywny wpływ alkoholu na koncentrację, refleks i koordynację ruchową.
