Can Metmin cause a dry, persistent cough?
Good morning, I have been struggling for some time (4 months) with coughing and discharge running down my throat. From the ENT I got Metmin and a referral for computed tomography of the sinuses, but I have to wait a bit for it. He applies metmin 1 time per day for two doses to each nostring. Can metmin cause coughing additionally? I have been awake for 2 days because this cough is dry and so persistent that I am wondering whether to stop using it.

What medications or remedies, e.g. for the nose, can be used or tried to treat a runny throat. I know that the causes can be various reflux, sinuses, allergies. But in my case it persists after a dental procedure that took place many years ago, I don't know if the sinus was damaged. There is no pain, but the runny secretion down the throat has remained with the infection and it is getting worse. What you can try. Is metmine used at all in such cases.?
