If diarrhea occurred 5-6 hours after taking the contraceptive pill, should I take an extra pill?

Hello. I take vines tablets at a fixed time - 7 p.m. Yesterday when I took the pill an hour later I used the toilet, although it was not somehow a loose stool but it was also not so normal. And after midnight, I started to have acute diarrhea that probably could have occurred as a result of the vaccination that took place yesterday. From midnight I used the toilet about 4/5 times. It is true that 24 hours have already passed and I just took a tablet from today. And here I have a question whether if diarrhea began about 5/6h after taking the pill, I have to take one more now?
