Tak, lekki ból w miejscu wstrzyknięcia (nawet pojawiający się po godzinie od zastrzyku) może się zdarzać i nie powinien niepokoić. Jeśli zastrzyk został wykonany prawidłowo, nie ma możliwości, aby doszło, np. do uszkodzenia nerwów, gdyż lek podaje się podskórnie, nie domięśniowo.
