Can coldrex maxgrip be used with anafranil sr and cloranxen? What can you take for a sore throat and runny nose with these drugs ?

Należy unikać jednoczesnego stosowania powyżej wymienionych leków. Trójcykliczne leki przeciwdepresyjne (Anafranil) hamują wychwyt zwrotny noradrenaliny z zakończeń synaptycznych, zwiększając ryzyko jej toksycznego działania na mięsień sercowy.
W trakcie skojarzonego podawania leków z grupy TLPD i fenylefryny (jeden ze składników leku Coldrex MaxGrip) odnotowano przypadki dużego wzrostu ciśnienia tętniczego, nasilonej arytmii, rozszerzenia źrenic, drżenia i kołatania serca.
