Are lower abdominal pain, fatigue, headaches, brown spotting and ovarian inflammation something serious?

Hello, since Monday I have lower abdominal pain, eternal fatigue and headaches, today I started to have brown spotting, I am already on the second day of my period, I have the 32nd day of the cycle. I have ovarian inflammation found by a gynecologist and have been taking an antibiotic for a week. Could it be something serious?
