Can I combine Myconafine with Concor Cor?

Good morning, the dermatologist recommended me to use the drug MYCONAFINE. In the leaflet I found information that the drug interacts with "beta-adrenergic receptors and antiarrhythmic drugs. I would therefore like to know if this also applies to Concor Cor?

Zgodnie z Charakterystyką Produktu Leczniczego, Myconafine (substancja terbinafina) wchodzi w interakcje z lekami przeciwarytmicznymi z grupy 1A, 1B i 1C i 3 (np. amiodaron), ale nie należy do nich bisoprolol czyli składnik leku Concor Cor.

Podczas łączenia terbinafiny z lekami będącymi beta-blokerami, w niektórych przypadkach jest obserwowana interakcja (np. dla takich beta-blokerów jak karwedilol, metoprolol, tymolol i propranolol). Dzieje się tak ze względu na fakt, że Myconafine (substancja terbinafina) jest silnym inhibitorem izoenzymów CYP2D6 i hamuje metabolizm beta-adrenolityków, które są głównie metabolizowane właśnie przez CYP2D6.

Pomiędzy Myconafine a Concor Cor nie występują interakcje.
