Zgodnie z informacją o leku Fluomizin, preparat ten nie zmniejsza skuteczności prezerwatyw z lateksu. Jeśli prezerwatywa nie uszkodziła się, nie pękła, ani się nie zsunęła, to ryzyko ciąży jest niewielkie.
