Lek Dostinex może powodować obniżenie ciśnienia tętniczego krwi. Takie działanie obserwuje się u nawet 14 % kobiet karmiących piersią, u których zastosowano lek w celu zahamowania laktacji. W większości przypadków działanie to przemija.
Lek Glucophage nie powinien powodować obniżenia ciśnienia tętniczego krwi - jak dotąd takie działanie niepożądane leku nie było odnotowane.
