Hi can I take Saxcenda if I am in menopause and I have anemia? How long can I take it? And can the yo-yo effect appear after weaning?

Menopauza i anemia nie stanowią przeciwwskazań do przyjmowania leku Saxenda.
Terapia powinna być prowadzona po konsultacji z lekarzem, długość leczenia również ustala lekarz. Jak podaje producent: "Należy przerwać leczenie, jeżeli po 12 tygodniach stosowania produktu Saxenda w dawce 3,0 mg na dobę u pacjenta nie stwierdzono zmniejszenia początkowej masy ciała o co najmniej 5%."

Waga może powrócić do stanu wyjściowego jedynie wówczas, gdy pacjent powróci do swoich niezdrowych nawyków żywieniowych, czy nie będzie przestrzegał zaleceń lekarza.
