How to properly abandon the use of Evra patches?

Hello, I would like to give up evra contraceptive patches. The first patch I glued on the first day of the cycle menstruation lasted about 5 days and immediately after it appeared dark brown spotting, severe pain in the lower abdomen and breasts. On the 8th day of the cycle I applied another patch, but I feel very bad and I can not function normally with the patches. I feel that this is not a good form of contraception for me. Today I have the 12th day of the cycle, can I remove the patch? Do I have to glue 3 and only then set aside?

Tak, w 12 dniu cyklu może Pani odkleić plaster i tym samym zrezygnować ze stosowania leku Evra.

Po odstawieniu może pojawić się niewielkie plamienie, a fizjologiczna miesiączka powinna powrócić do 45 dni.
