Hello, does the fecal test for the carrier of shigella and salmonella bacteria needed for the sanepid book also detect parasites, such as pinworms?

Według mojej najlepszej wiedzy badanie na nosicielstwo bakterii Shigella i Salmonella polega na wykonaniu posiewu kału, a badanie w kierunku owsicy (zarażenie owsikami) to badanie mikroskopowe wymazów okołoodbytniczych na obecność owsików.

Pracownik laboratorium przy zleceniu badania na obecność bakterii Shigella i Salmonella nie będzie więc w mojej ocenie poszukiwał w próbce owsików, ponieważ do tego służy inny rodzaj badania (w przypadku owsicy test z przylepcem). Posiew będzie oceniany pod względem wzrostu lub nie bakterii i moim zdaniem również nie będzie służył poszukiwaniu obecności jaj owsika czy śladów innych pasożytów.

Ponieważ jednak farmaceuci nie wykonują i nie interpretują tego typu badań proponuję zwrócić się bezpośrednio do laboratorium, gdzie pracują specjaliści w tej dziedzinie - diagności laboratoryjni.
