When will I feel an improvement with Dalacin C and Metronidazole?

Good morning. Unfortunately, after poor root canal treatment, I got an inflammation of the tooth. The dentist prescribed Dalacin C and Metronidazole 3 times a day. It's been 1 day (I've already taken 4 doses) and there is no improvement I still feel pain. Does this mean that the antibiotic is wrong? If not, when can I expect improvement?

W przypadku zastosowania antybiotyku Dalacin C niezbędne są 2-3 dni stosowania leku do uzyskania widocznej poprawy. Jeżeli po upływie tego czasu nie odczuje Pani poprawy to zachęcam do konsultacji ze stomatologiem. Podobny czas musi upłynąć do wystąpienia poprawy po zastosowaniu leku Metronidazol.
