Can I use licorice for gastroesophageitis, I have chronic congenital adrenal hyperplasia and I am taking Dexamethasone?

Hello! On gastroscopy, I was shown to have gastrosophageal inflammation. I have read about the anti-inflammatory properties of licorice and I would like to try to include it in the treatment, while I have chronic congenital adrenal hyperplasia and take dexamethason at a dose of 0.25. I read that licorice also has a stimulating effect on the work of the adrenal cortex and I wonder if I will not harm myself by taking licorice for some time. Please give me a little advice :)
