Żel Acnatac jest przeciwwskazany u pacjentów, u których występuje trądzik różowaty. Żel ten zawiera w swoim składzie klindamycynę (antybiotyk) oraz tretynoinę (matabolit retinolu, czyli witaminy A) i to właśnie ze względu na ten drugi składnik nie powinno się go stosować przy trądziku różowatym. Żel Acnatac jest wskazany do miejscowego stosowania w leczeniu trądziku pospolitego z obecnymi krotkami, zaskórnikami oraz grudkami.
