Are injections with diclofenac and B vitamins effective in the treatment of sciatica?

In a situation where diclovit and later nimesil did not help the sciatica, can dicloberl + milgamma injections help? Treatment lasts already 5 weeks, and the pain does not pass.

Diklofenaku w formie iniekcji (np. Dicloberl) w połączeniu z zastrzykami zawierającymi witaminy z grupy B (np. Milgamma) często znajduje się w schematach leczenia rwy kulszowej. Jeśli lekarz po zebraniu wywiadu na temat stanu zdrowia i dotychczasowego leczenia zalecił stosowania wspomnianych leków, należy stosować się ściśle do tych zaleceń. Wspomniany schemat leczenia często okazuje się skuteczny.
