Can I use Nimesil and Myditin?

Hello. I still wanted to ask if I can take nimesil twice daily combining with myditin 3 times a day in the morning pol tab after the pol tab for the night inch tab. I have degeneration of cervical cows with nerve oppression and narrowing of the crepe channel channel c6c5, 8mm. Thank you
