Pomiędzy eteksylanem dabigatranu (Pradaxa) i diosminą (DIH) nie wykazano interakcji mogących negatywnie wpływać na ich skuteczność i bezpieczeństwo. W związku z tym, jeśli istnieje taka potrzeba, można stosować oba leki jednocześnie.
