Jeśli ma Pani na myśli antybiotyk Cipronex 500 mg do terapii włączyć można lek przeciwbólowy na bazie paracetamolu. Ponieważ jednak Cipronex może zwiększać stężenie paracetamolu we krwi, należy stosować to połączenie w mniejszych dawkach niż maksymalne (nie więcej niż 3-4 tabletki paracetamolu w dawce 500 mg na dobę) i możliwie jak najkrócej.

Nie należy łączyć Cipronexu z niesteroidowymi lekami przeciwzapalnymi (np. ibuprofenem), o czym piszemy w innym wątku na forum:
