Choć stosowanie leku Chronada u osób z refluksem i przepukliną przełyku nie jest przeciwwskazane, należy mieć na uwadze, iż po zastosowaniu leku obserwuje się refluks żołądkowo-przełykowy (jako rzadkie działanie niepożądane tego leku). Aby zminimalizować ryzyko wystąpienia takich objawów, lek należy przyjmować po posiłku.
