Can a combination of Concor Cor and Pragiola cause significant heart rate drops?

Is there a potential interaction between Bisoprol (Concor Cor) and Pregabalin (Prague)? Is there a possibility that the combination of these drugs may increase the effect of lowering heart rate? Choć między lekami Concor Cor i Pragiola nie dochodzi do istotnych interakcji wykluczających ich łączne przyjmowanie, istnieje możliwość iż taka kombinacja może spowodować znaczne obniżenie tętna.
Działanie lecznicze leku Concor Cor polega, m.in. na obniżeniu tętna, podczas gdy w przypadku leku Pragiola taki efekt to niezbyt częsty skutek uboczny terapii. Zatem, jeśli oba efekty się nałożą, może dochodzić do nadmiernego obniżenia tętna, nawet przy dawce Concor Cor 1,25 mg.

Jeśli podczas terapii zaobserwuje Pan znaczne spadki tętna (poniżej 60 uderzeń/minutę) - proszę skonsultować się z lekarzem w celu zmiany sposobu dawkowania leków.
