Nie ma przeciwwskazań do przyjęcia szczepionki przeciw COVID-19 podczas leczenia Azathiopriną. Ponieważ jednak jest to lek immunosupresyjny, należy mieć na uwadze, iż preparat może osłabiać odpowiedź organizmu na szczepienie i prowadzić do wytworzenia mniejszej ilości przeciwciał.
