When will the amount of gastrin increase after weaning the PPIs?

Hi I have a question what happens if ipp dexilant 60mg takes it every day and Zirid 50mg 2x I mean if I stop taking ipp the amount of gastrin will increase after 24 or 48hrs and the symptoms will return with increased strength by taking normlanie meals like this, but as I would drink only the same liquids gastrin will regulate itself or only aggravate it I will add that it takes from 4years
