Should I take the drug tomorrow or treat today as 1 day of a new cycle?

After the first month of duphaston, menstruation came the day after discontinuation, the 30th day of the cycle (that is, correctly, before I had cycles of about 60 days). I started a new cycle, today it is 17 dc, from tomorrow I was about to start another "dose" of the drug, and today I started menstruation. Should I take the drug tomorrow (as i would like to take from 18 dc for 10 days 2x1 tab.) or should I treat today as 1 day of a new cycle? I can't contact my doctor because he's on leave..
