"Cefuroksym przenika w niewielkich ilościach do mleka kobiecego. Wystąpienie działań niepożądanych po zastosowaniu dawek leczniczych nie jest spodziewane, ale nie można wykluczyć ryzyka biegunki i zakażenia grzybiczego błon śluzowych. Działania te mogą spowodować konieczność przerwania karmienia piersią. Należy wziąć pod uwagę możliwość uczulenia.
