Finospir nie powoduje zaniku mięśni.
Podczas stosowania tego leku może dojść do wystąpienia hiperkaliemii (nadmiar potasu). Hiperkaliemii mogą towarzyszyć parestezje, osłabienie, łagodny paraliż lub skurcze mięśni - dlatego w czasie leczenia należy regularnie badać stężenie potasu we krwi.
Zaobserwowane działanie niepożądane leku proszę zgłosić lekarzowi, który jeśli uzna za zasadne zleci wykonanie odpowiednich badań laboratoryjnych (w tym wspomniane stężenie potasu).
