What should I do if I glued an Evra patch on a bad day?

Hello. I started using evra patches for 2 weeks. Today (2plaster) there was bleeding and pain in the lower abdomen. I was looking in the leaflet for the reason but did not find, I will add that I realized that the patch glued after bleeding from withdrawal on the day in which I always took the tablets.. what should I do in this situation?
