If I have applied 3 patch in a row, even though it has been 2 weeks instead of 3, should I already take a week's break after these 2 weeks?

Hello. I use Evra contraceptive patches. I glued the first patch on Monday 21.06, but after 4 days it peeled off in the bath. I immediately glued the second patch, which I removed the following Monday at 28.06 and glued another one. If it's the 3rd patch in a row, even though it's been 2 weeks instead of 3 weeks, should I take a week's break after those 2 weeks? Even though it was a 3 patch because one was as a substitute, should I stick a 4 patch that will start the third week and only after those full 3 weeks make a week break?
