Can sleep problems, arm cramps or chest tightness be side effects with Comirnaty?

I am 3 days after pfizer vaccine (second dose) I have trouble sleeping and cramps of the hand, a feeling of tightness in the chest. Could there be any side effects of the vaccine

Tak, problemy ze snem, skurcze ręki czy uczucie ucisku w klatce piersiowej najprawdopodobniej mogą być skutkami ubocznymi po podaniu szczepionki Comirnaty, które należy niezwłocznie omówić z lekarzem.
