Does Exacyl affect the menstrual cycle?
Hi, please tell me if Exacyl regulates menstruation. It takes from April every month of 2021 and I noticed that the bleeding has been less than that, but menstruation has lengthed and occurs after the 2nd half of the spotting cycle which was not before. I take the drug because of abundant menstruation and a large loss of iron because of it.

Exacyl jest lekiem przeciwkrwotocznym. Dotychczas nie stwierdzono wpływu leku na występowanie zaburzeń miesiączkowania.
Zachęcam do konsultacji z lekarzem ginekologiem, ponieważ jest dość mało prawdopodobne, aby lek powodował powstawanie plamień i wydłużenie czasu trwania miesiączki:
