Do I need to protect myself after taking an additional Hastina tablet?

Hi I take hastina tablets 24+4. I take the tablet every day at 6 pm. Unfortunately, I was celebrating Father's Day today and i was so overeating that I just decided to vomit because I couldn't move anymore:) It happened at 8 p.m., a few minutes after 8 p.m., I took this contraception again from another blister because I read that this should be done. Should I now use additional contraception for 7 days, or is everything ok (this is my 16th day of contraception if it matters)? Thank you very much in advance for your reply:)
