Should I stop Duphaston if the bleeding intensifies after his admission?

Hi, 2 weeks ago I went through a hysteroscope polyp on the uterine shaft after which there was a slight staining, after about 2 weeks of plannie turned into a slight bleeding I went to the lacarz and there was a cyst on the ovary almost. 5cen doctor prescribed me duphastan 3/1tab but the bleeding does not stop and wrecz intensified and it looks like the period whether we stop taking the drug or continue to take, the doctor takes only one in a week and there is no contact with it
